与该客户之间发生了哪些阻碍或促进合作的大事小事;
客户的哪些举动让你有那么一刹那的感动;
自己在之前的沟通中哪些地方做得还不够好,新的一年自己有哪些期许和改进措施….
总之,所有的表述都是基于对过去一年的总结和回顾,让客户感受到你的诚意和重视,目的是希望新的一年与客户保持良好合作的同时,能更上一层楼,从而促进今后源源不断的业绩提升。
在如今飞速发展又越来越浮躁的时代,仅仅实质上的礼物有时候并不能代表什么。
中国有句话叫“礼轻情意重”,而惟有发自内心的真情实感才更深刻,更动人,且更难能可贵。
